Asiatic Lilies

Easy and fastest to multiply are the Asiatic Lily Bulbs. They are the best lilies for beginners as well as seasoned gardeners as they are mostly care free and easy to grow. Their early bloom time (as well as some late bloomers), many extra ordinary colors and color combinations, strong stems, and long lasting blooms, are a few of the most compelling reasons to plant the colorful and prolific Asiatic lilies. Blooming as early as May and as late as August (and under certain circumstances) even into September, those overly-sensitive to lily fragrance will appreciate the fact that most Asiatic lilies have virtually no fragrance, unless otherwise stipulated in our Fact Cards.  Fforcing to bloom indoors and shorter height is another good characteristic for certain growing applications, such as container-culture. Red Lilies, Yellow Lilies, Orange Lilies, White Lilies, Pink, Burgundy, Purple and many Bi-colored Lilies (such as the "Tango" series) are found in the Asiatic lily group. There is even quite a few DOUBLE-flowered lillies to choose from.
