Shipping Policy

Shipping dates are located in the “Current Ship Dates” statement located in the product order page and may be a required element of your order. However, we ship to specific zones at different times according to your grow zone and your current environmental conditions.  It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, and to select the preferred shipping carrier.  So, make sure that is correct before finalizing your order. We include a potting mix or saw dust (to absorb moisture) with each plant or bulb so they will remain fresh and healthy while in transit. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has shipped. Once your order is shipped from our facilities, has no control over weather, carrier damage, lost or stolen orders, or incorrect delivery address.  It is your responsibility to be available to receive it and inspect all contents. KEEP IT FROM FREEZING or DRYING OUT, and plant ASAP.

ALL ORDERS’s Tree Farm and Nursery uses UPS or USPS as our only shipping agent and they automatically carry minimum insurance if your package is lost, stolen or severely damaged (UPS = $100.00: USPS = $50.00).’s Tree Farm and Nursery is not responsible for the treatment or loss of your package by the carrier.   You can obtain package information from us to submit a claim.  As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to inform the carrier of any shipping damage or loss of your product package.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at the “VIEW CART” page before you check out and can be tested by clicking on the “Calculate Shipping” link on the “VIEW CART” page when you place an order.  Please be sure to select the shipping method you prefer before finalizing your order and make sure your shipping address is correct!  UPS will not deliver to a Post Office box.

Shipping dates may vary according to current product availability, our weather conditions, and your current weather.’s Tree Farm and Nursery does not ship internationally, to Hawaii, or Canada.
